About

I work with people through life shifts and/or moving home with:
- Coaching-informed and solutions-focused conversations to clarify priorities and next steps
- Home finding, moving and settling-in guidance and support, grounded in a coaching approach, with regulated property buying services available when needed.
- Optional wellbeing services, incuding yoga and reflective writing. I also run local yoga classes in the community.

    It was a much overdue return to Yoga after many years. Tessa was a great teacher, I enjoyed the class, being taken through some postures i’d forgotten about, and gently nudged through others I knew but wasn’t doing very well. Highly recommended

    Absolutely amazing yoga classes working with the chakras. Tessa has a calming and relaxing voice which helps enable you to feel at home and in touch with your mind and body. The 366 studio is so lovely. I highly recommend Tessa’s courses.
