When booking, please choose the date and time of the first class you plan to attend using this pass. I’ll then book you into that class and you’ll receive a separate confirmation email.
To help ensure your place, it’s recommended that you book your remaining classes in advance. You can make changes to class bookings with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Passes are valid for nine weeks from the date of your first class.
Please note that advertised weekly public yoga classes may be subject to change. If regular classes pause for more than two weeks, or if classes end, any unused sessions will be refunded.
If you’d like more detail about the approach and what the classes are like, you can read more here:

Yoga & Wellbeing
These classes offer steady, breath-led yoga to support strength, mobility, balance and rest. Sessions are mat-based and mixed ability, with options offered throughout so you can work in a way that feels supportive for your body.
The emphasis is on how the practice feels, alongside clear cueing of posture and alignment. Classes combine mindful movement, gentle strength work, periods of stillness and guided relaxation.
Osteoporosis-aware options are always available and form the gentler choices within the class. Support may be used where helpful, and deeper expressions are also offered for those who want them. The emphasis is on working in a way that feels appropriate for your body.
Mats and props are provided, including blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets.
Booking: please choose the date you plan to attend during the booking process.
Please arrive 5–15 minutes before the class.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Mats, chairs and props will be available.
Please arrive 5–15 minutes before the class. For security reasons, the studio door will be locked during the session and late entry won’t be possible.

Tessa is an amazing yoga instructor, I loved her classes and can’t wait for the next course to begin. 🙏❤️

It was a much overdue return to Yoga after many years. Tessa was a great teacher, I enjoyed the class, being taken through some postures i’d forgotten about, and gently nudged through others I knew but wasn’t doing very well. Highly recommended

Thank you Tessa for such a warm and informative session that exceeded all my expectations. Your thoughtful and considered questions not only helped to clarify my thoughts, direction and needs, but you also helped me walk away from the session with clear and actionable next steps. This is exactly what I needed at this time and thank you for helping me to get to this point. Really appreciated your input and the time taken to really listen and understand all my goals.

Absolutely amazing yoga classes working with the chakras. Tessa has a calming and relaxing voice which helps enable you to feel at home and in touch with your mind and body. The 366 studio is so lovely. I highly recommend Tessa’s courses.

Tessa was great during our ‘Next Chapter Audit’, we spoke in depth about my plans to buy my first house. She offered some great advice on the right locations for me and how to approach mortgage brokers. I have come away with a much clearer picture of what I am looking for, what I need to next and when. Would recommend to anyone looking to move and unsure about the market.

I had a really positive experience with the coaching I received while exploring moving home, which areas might be a good fit, and what truly matters most to me. Tessa was knowledgeable, open, and honest, creating a supportive space that made the process feel clear and manageable. I felt genuinely heard and guided throughout, never pressured. I’d highly recommend her to anyone facing a similar decision.
